Work
Nasi Lemak Day…
Jan 24th
Just got back from work….
Super massive jam at KL or rather shall I say, KLANG VALLEY?
Morning left the house late.. cause Fern Nee late ![]()
Then.. in the evening leaving office that time, heard from hitz.fm that
NKVE is jam because of one trailer stalled at the entrance towards
Damansara, then Pris. Patrick said MRR2 also jam because of a stalled trailer.
What is this man>??
Left KL around 5.45pm then reach college, around 7 PM.!! That’s bullshit man..
MASSIVE JAM!
Fern Nee was driving.. so she was like going crazy in the car!! Haha…
She dropped me off at College so my brother can come and fetch me.. hehe
When I reached office today, I was so tempted to eat Nasi Lemak.
I was walking pass this stall in front of Wisma Cosway, and I turned back again
and bought the nasi lemak from there.. Cost me RM 1 without egg..
Yesterday I bought nasi lemak in the morning at the traffic light intersection
on Jalan Kia Peng… It cost me like RM 1.50
I bought today again even tho I know my admin staff ate nasi lemak and had a
bad stomach ache last night and today morning..
She came in late today because of that.. went and see doctor.. aha
Now.. when I am home already.. my mom came into my room and told me
got nasi lemak!!!
My whole eating dinner mood droped already… -_-
Anyways, I got a whole lot of ticket to book for like 20 over people.. and I
got one whole night to do now.. Got the company’s laptop home and as I said
before, I guess, I am like 24 hours on call.
So, my manager was like saying, “You better get yourself ready for
Chinese New Year with Abacus. Go train more.Nah.. take the laptop home later”
YES!!.. I am on 24 hours on-call even during Chinese New Year!! ![]()
Sadness..
But untill today, I’ve been learning alot.. no worries.. Having a bit of fun tho..
So that is all for now.. I got heap loads of work to do.. Not only office work..
Ciaoz people..
-NUT.. (if you are reading) GO ZOUK!! I need to get the hell out of me too!!-
The Corporate World…
Jan 17th
16th of January will be the first date for me to remember.
Why?
Because, it is the date that I stepped into the corporate world.
Wah Tung Travel is a corporate travel agency dealing with oil & gas companies,
as I was told before coming into the company.
I came in today, and talked to Patrick Low (Advisor) and Sophia (Branch Manager).
They are real nice people, and they are willing to help on any matters.
They both came from the airline industry, where the former comes from Air France
as the latter is from Phillipines Airlines,
I’ve come to know alot on wat the word “Corporate” means.
Once listen to this word, one would think it is a big company we will be working
with or either a multi-national company.
It bears alot of hidden meaning as well…
To what I know untill now,
Corporate means:
- You need to work hard if you want to climb the ladder
- All the work you do will not be appreciated by everyone
- You will be backstabbed
- The company is making hell lot of money from your hard work
- You have to sacrifice for the company alot
But all these has the positive side of it, because I look on the brighter side.
You will gain alot of experiece. You will work with professionals.
What you sacrifice, although you may not be appreciated all, but a handful
will.
IF, you are working with a good company, expect a good salary, because they
CAN afford it no matter wat, but they want you to do your job flawlessly!
Afterall, I see, this will be a good place for me to find my foundation in the
tourism industry. It will be a great opportunity for me to have a hands-on
experience on this job.
What job?
Okay, so my position is called “Sales Executiv”. What another salesman?
NO!
It is just a position name. I will also be involve in the management level for
the company’s growth and target. I will be asked to put in ideas and proposals
to make this company a great working environment and to push the
company’s profit higher.
Business nature will always remain the same… it is to this direction –> $$$$$
So… thats all for now.. end…
Polish Chic!
Dec 22nd
I saw this few polish chic in Mid Valley today!!
Both of them!!
I would bet they are kinda like, HOT!!!!.. In fact they are not kinda.. but
THEY ARE HOT!!.. oooooo!! Tall, Body!!.. Pretty!!
*drowls* hahaha
I went for interview today..
The company’s name is Wah Tung Travel Sdn. Bhd.
It is indeed a very big company which is under the group Wah Tung Group
It went all good and steady as I see it. Mr. Patrick Low was a great person
in the interview and he even called me after the interview.
Asking me have I decided on the job offer and all.
Well, yeah, they gave me time to consider joining them or not instead of them
letting me know if I am accepted or not… haha
Mr. Sim who is the owner of the travel company is a nice person indeed. He
is in his 50s I think, judging by his looks.
The KL branch manager is a lady by the name of Ms. Sophia Ng.
I’ve not known much yet.. because the company in KL has just been started.
Oh! What job I am gonna get. I am guessing a managerial post, because
they wanted me to be an all rounder person in the company
I went shopping afterwords. Nothing much. Mom wants to get something
for christmas. So, I drop her off before I went for my interview.
Went back to MValley and met up with her for lunch and SHOP!!..
It is a weekday and it was PACK!.. with children.. young schoolchildren couples,
and family different sizes.!! It is a total craze in MValley.!!
Oh, I bought an alarm clock. An old school clock with two bells at the top!!
Now I won’t sleep like a pig!.. Hopefully!! haha
This cost me like RM 48!… Crazyness
I saw this Bangladeshi guy talking to this Indonesian woman in the toilet.
They are both cleaner. That guy was like talking talking and talking about
his day’s cleaning experience maybe? and the lady was like just looking
without response.. haha “Lost in Translation” I guess..
Time to get some sleep!!..
End
