It's all about my travel experience and things I love to do…

All in one…
Oct 5th
Oh hello there…
Guess I’ve been gone for ages and you must be guessing where I’ve gone to?
No where. Just here. Getting myself busy. With lots of things.
Right now at this moment, I’m tired. Not those kind of I’m sick of it tired, but just pure tired that I need sleep. But, before that. Here’s a glimpse of the weekend.
…
Farewell party at Ascott Residence Kuala Lumpur for Alan Toh. The night where I slept throughout the whole party. I can’t help it as I was so tired and such comfy bed they have. I couldn’t resist.
Spend half day cleaning The Apartment on Saturday. SO DIRTY CAN DIE! I usually mop the floor twice but I did only once.
Moved rooms and now I have more floor space. Gonna make a mini chill out corner out of it with mini bar, mini mat, mini table, mini chair and mini pillows. Hmm… Maybe not…
Thought I knew all about attitude but I’m not entirely right. There are so much more to it. One attitude that I learnt was to stay calm when shit happens (e.g: camera died) and I learnt this from one person few months ago.
I guess I’ve been out of the circle of events for far too long. I’m no longer getting all jazzed up going for events. Is it because I’m getting old?
Got a call from Mat on Friday and he wanted to bring over moon cake for me. I asked him in return “who are you?”. Hahaha… It is so easy to forget who you’ve helped but I’m glad he remembers me. He puts a smile on my face.
We should all remain connected. Agree? That’s what I’ve been doing most of the weekend. Remain connected with people living far far away…
I’ve got Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Musical Collection, Frank Sinatra’s Classic Collection, Leann Rimes’ Discography, British Top 30 Charts 1963 and Top 600 Pop Songs to accompany me throughout the weekend. That’s a whopping 50hours plus of pure high.
Grey’s Anatomy Season 1 was pure addiction. I had to force myself to stop at the 5th episode. I know I’m that lagging but hey, at least I’m catching up. Go enjoy your season 6 while I take my own sweet time to enjoy season 1-5.
Added more downloads of musics, series and movies to my Torrent. You want to know how to get more than 50kb/s of download speed? Go get P1WiMAX. You’ll never regret it. (Depends on where you stay!) I guess I’m gonna finish utilizing my 5GB cap.
I realize that the property market at Subang / Sunway is all on secondary market now. Most of it. Gah. If I could have been a step ahead. Am loving Sime Properties. Couldn’t get enough of them.
IKEA catalogue arrived and so many the nice things. But, I shall hold on my itchy hands on buying things for now. VERY tight on $$$.
Sat down to plan on my next trip. Emailed the relevant parties to sort the travel plans out. Which reminds me, Surabaya pictures and post. Sorry. I shall schedule them out Tuesday onwards.
On Project GCPPP, reaching to the right source and avenue for information has never been easy. Especially dealing with government related matters. Gah.
Cravings for rojak and cendol. Satisfied with the yummy treat. Still crave for it. Do I look pregnant to you? T_T
Called for delivery. Ate half of it. I was really hungry. But not halfway through. Talk about food wastage.
On call for the weekend. Business went well as usual. Still have to serve client’s needs. Put few passengers on flight. Nothin’ to b*tch about.
…
Time to hit the sack…
Catcha the following week. It is already! T_T
Spring Cleaning…
Sep 28th
… is what I need to do now. Actually, it was what I’ve been doing since June 09.
Takes no genius to guess that they need to set their financial priorities right. Thanks to SP for the heads up, I got myself an invite to Milan Doshi Event. Just about the right time I would say.
The first part did not interest me much but the second part was something new. The speaker talked about “Spring Cleaning” of each of our individual financial standings. Credit Cards, Home Loans and etcs. Formulas given and I calculated. *PHEW* I’m on the safe side (wayyy safe), no banks are coming after me. After-all, I’ve made friends with them already recent Wednesday.
It was rather strange going there alone but the speaker Michael, MD of Paysolution Technologies made it rather comfortable with lots of interactions.
I introduced myself to the lady sitting beside me. Held small talks here and there in between the event. She was a past student of Milan Doshi and she told me “I’ve made more returns through Milan’s teaching“. Now, that’s a good first impression on Milan.
At the end of the event, I asked to exchange contacts with her. (You’ll never know when a contact may be useful in the near future) When she took my name card, she looked at me again and then said, “You look very young in what you’re doing. Mid 20s?” I just smile and nodded.
What on earth am I doing at this event? Well, thanks to a friend’s father I got myself working with a property event over one weekend early last year and I was hooked. I want to know more and learn more about this somewhat interesting industry.
There will be more to come in this chapter of “Property Knowledge“.
On a separate note, GCSPPP Project will kick start on Monday. Am hoping that there will be less bureaucratic processes that I have to go through.
Too much to digest, need take a quick nap then next morning touch up on my IC Closure Report before my CCP come with a chopper…
Fullhouse was Full House
Feb 28th
I had a sudden urge to look at properties. So I went over to The Gallery by Sime Darby and Brunsfield Joint Venture to look at their up and coming property development, Oasis. Oh Wow! I like their studio unit already. Can’t wait to see the showroom next week!!!
The thought of going to CHC alone didn’t hit me well (still need to get use to it), plus, I decided to head over to St. Ignatius at Kelana Jaya but I missed the time of mass there. So I decided to just find a spot and get online while catching up on uploading pictures to Facebook and some readings which I have not been doing for the past two weeks. Nui Ze Xui is where I went.
I’ve never been to Nui Ze Xui at Ara Damansara. Usually I will always check out a new place which people will talk about a lot, but I didn’t for this place. Took me quite a while to only make my way here to see what NZX has to offer to the general public.
All I heard was that NZX is a very quiet place and not a place to hang out. Seems like a good hiding place for me away from many people. If I were to sit at Starbucks Sunway Pyramid, I’m to bump into familiar faces. McDonald’s wireless line at Mentari is nothing better either.
So here I am at Fullhouse, and the time is 6.30pm and it was very quiet. Time definitely travels fast and it was already half past seven. It is when the dinner crowd start tearing down the front door (if they have any), taking seats in the restaurant. At half past eight, people actually started lining up at the front entrance, with their stomach growling, trying to get a place in this two storey restaurant.
A chinese girl is standing at the front entrance to take down reservations as the restaurant is already packed to the brim. No more seats are available at this point of time and it is only 8.45pm. I can see waiters are busy taking and sending orders to customer’s table. Fullhouse is now as their name suggests, full house.

It is really peak hours for them till 10pm where the crowd starts finishing their dinner and moving on to another place. Throughout my time there, I had my main, dessert and two drinks.
Sitting here, I’ve met Leroy, a high school buddy whom I’ve not met for a very long time. We last chat one month ago as he wanted to go to Bali so we had a long chat on what’s new with him and all. I’ve also met a college senior who is dining there. Then I saw both Cindy Tey and Eri Peng with their friend walking in, but don’t think they saw me sitting by the pillar. Could it be that I’ve turned darker that they didn’t recognize me?
You see, I had taken up a 6 top table. I’m withholding Fullhouse a potential 5 more customer revenue should they have 6 party coming in. I felt bad so I ordered more than a main dish. At least I’m considerate enough to give back because I’m sitting all alone by myself at a 6 top. Heh..
My main was Pan Sear Doly Fish (Doly!!???) while I settle for Jasmine Honey with Aloe Vera for my drink.

with siew pak choy & lemon grass cream
For dessert I had Chocolate Brownie, which was really YUMMY!!! Totally recommended by YapThomas!

hot chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream
The chocalate brownie gives me the very nice happy feeling that my meal is already complete.
But, just one more order would make it a perfect meal and I feel like having coffee.
“Excuse me, Can I have the menu please.” I asked the waiter
*grin*
Vertigo SkyLounge: The First SkyLounge in Mon’t Kiara
Jan 25th
This place is just impressive. The kind of place where I want to have access to.
Vertigo Lounge is exclusively open to owners of The Verve Suites at the moment.
Just like how I was in awe of Petronas Club at Twin Towers, I fell in love with this place when I walked around.
Located at 35th floor at The Verve Suites Viva Tower, it is a place for the owners to chill out or even throw a party with their friends and families. Not to mention also, it’s the first and only sky lounge in Mon’t Kiara.

This place uses Green, Blue and Purple as their lighting colour. Very calm and chilling.

Oh! Oh! When I walked in, I was told the toilet is a MUST check out. So I did. I went to the toilet and I was like,”Alrighttt….. I want to stay here…”

It’s amenities, Ultra Modern. Heck! They even got a sauna and a jacuzzi in there!

Not bad huh? Wait, the best is yet to come.
They have a gym there, so yeah, the sauna and jacuzzi just complements the gym.

They even have a home theater there! Forget about TGV, GSC or Cineleisure! Watch your favourite movie here with your buddies!!!

They even have a pool and a foosball table as entertainment.

While taking my food, I was told to go up and see the top of the Sky Lounge. Oooo I tell you, just nice and chilling la the weather up there.

And the view towards the city??
The skyline…
The lights…
The buildings…
The feeling…

AWESOME is the word…
I have already ‘verbally’ booked one unit at the Vogue tower with the Tan family. Hopefully when it is completed, two years from now, I can ‘actually’ rent/buy the unit of the Tan family. Wait till the time come only say okay.
Then… I can invite you people to come over and party party!!!
