It's all about my travel experience and things I love to do…
Kuala Lumpur
Today is Human Rights Day!
Dec 10th
This is Human Rights Day celebration – Malaysian Style..
Those overseas (including non-Malaysians), those sleeping, those who doesn’t care
(time to start caring) those not reading news, those who has been busy with life-work
or something else.. This was what happened over the weekend.
I’ve got this video off the same link above from Bar Council website.
Hope they don’t mind.
I will take it down if it is against your policy.
are neither here or there.
Under Article No 9 (Prohibition of banishment and freedom of movement) of our Federal Constitution under Part II (Fundamental Liberties),
Article 9, Clause(2)
Subject to Clause (3) and to any law relating to the security of the Federation or any part thereof, public order, public health, or the punishment of offenders, every citizen has the right to move freely throughout the Federation and to reside in any part thereof.
Article 9, Clause(3)
So long as under this Constitution any other State is in the special position as compared with the States of Malaya, Parliament may by law impose restrictions, as between that State and other States, on the rights conferred by Clause (2) in respect of movement and residence.
But it is sad that even though in Article 9, it states that we can practice freedom of movement we are still governed by Parliament and still can’t practice freedom of movement.
Article 10 (Freedom of speech, assembly and association) states
Article 10, Clause (1)
Subject to Clauses (2), (3) and (4) -
(a) every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression;
(b) every citizen have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms;
(c) all citizens have the right to form association.
This give us the basic rights to be in the position of freedom of speech and assembly.
Article 10, Clause (2)
Parliament may by law impose -
(a) on the rights conferred by paragraph (a) of Clause (1), such restrictions as it deems necessary or expedient in the interest of the security of the Federation or any part thereof, friendly relations with other countries, public order or morality and restrictions designed to protect the privileges of Parliament or of any Legislative Assembly or to provide against contempt of court, defamation, or incitement to any offence;
(b) on the right conferred by paragraph (b) of Clause (1), such restrictions as it deems necessary or expedient in the interest of the security of the Federation or any part thereof or public order;
(c) on the right conferred by paragraph (c) of Clause (1), such restrictions as it deems necessary or expedient in the interest of the security of the Federation or any part thereof, public disorder or morality.
This gives the government to stop you from doing so otherwise.
I’m lost in this.. someone care to help? It doesn’t make sense.
But, for a peaceful march, the police thinks that it may cause any problems in the
interest of security or public order?
50 years of independence must be a joke for Malaysia. Was this constitution created
with the help of the British when they were here while we proclaim independence? If it
is, I guess it is timely enough for us to start a movement called Malaysian Rights Action Force (MARAF) and claim our Malaysians’ misfortune in Human Rights and shall seek
RM50 Trillion in compensation! (in commemorative of 50th independence year -__-)
Oh wells… so much for a Human Rights Day eh?…

Unique Police Escort in KL Traffic
Aug 23rd
Working in the the heart of Kuala Lumpur can really give you bad headache.
Sometimes, it’s just demotivating when i get up early in the morning thinking
“I’m so lazy to go to work, I hate the traffic part and work sux big time”
I was working late yesterday (yea, again).
The traffic was so bad, and i’m lazy to drive in a jam. Already the car is falling apart.
Let me show you how bad it is… Day and Night yesterday…
I think it is because of the KL one way traffic at Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Imbi.
Or is it the SMART Tunnel closure from 19th August till 24th August.

Day time is about 5.30pm and Night time is about 9.00pm. That long of slow traffic!
During these 3-4 hours of bad traffic in Kuala Lumpur, i tend to hear police sirens
very often. So often sometimes it’s very ANNOYING with the traffic police clearing
the roadways for the safe and through passage of VIP(s) to either
- go back to their hotel (paid by taxpayers) or home (larger than life)
- go waste some taxpayer’s monies on something i don’t know what
- go for a function or nice sumptuous dinner on taxpayer’s monies
- go for a nice photo shoot (they are everywhere); or
- for nothing! they just want through passage no matter what VIP mah..
My office is located in UOA building on Jalan Pinang, with a nice view of KLCC.

Breathtaking isn’t it??
If i could recall correctly, about three or four escort tours pass through the road
down my office along Jalan Pinang. One escort tour captured my attention and i
quickly video it down for the pleasure of YOU! my readers and friends
just like how you saw it in the video? I guess it’s a new tactical approach*o* I’ve just exposed a new police tactical escort practice. Am i being charged now?
New Traffic Flow in KL
Aug 20th
To sum it all, it is in a mess! Seriously!
From Impiana Hotel to Jalan Alor, we took at least about 20 minutes, where the
ride should be about 5 minutes. The traffic was horrendous!
Do you all know the existence of ITIS (Integrated Traffic Information System)?

The government is investing a lot of monies in this system.
Its great actually.. I can actually see a real time traffic flow of the city.
I always log in to www.itis.com.my to check on the traffic flow and plan my
way out of the KL mess before heading on the road. Else I would curse and
swear all the way back to moi home…

It was recently a month ago, announced in TheStar that a new traffic flow will start.
Ever since the completion of the SMART Tunnel, the traffic has been smooth a bit.
It’s still okay when the road system along Jalan Imbi changed to a one way street.
But then, it’s a mess when they change the Jalan Sultan Ismail road to the same.
ONE WAY STREET IS KILLER I TELL YOU…
Let the pictures do all the talking. More information can be obtain from ITIS.
Look at how they change the the Jalan Imbi into a one way street. While they divert
the traffic from Times Square/Pudu into Jalan Walter Granier. Jalan Walter Granier
is just a small back lane and its just too narrow for a lot of cars to pass by.

This is how the flow looks like now. It’s strictly a one way street into Sultan Ismail.

themselves with the new road flow. Furthermore, since the construction of Pavilion
is going to complete, I think it will be a balance of more or less congestion. Depends.More shoppers, More jam…
Less shoppers, still jam, but less..
A short video on how this ITIS is really a help to all of us = drivers.
I’m lovin’ It…
No Fox?
Aug 19th
I was taking a STAR LRT to Pandan Indah…
It was some DHL training i need to go for…
They are gonna teach me how to assemble some DHL stand…
and in return I guess, I have to teach my HQ people in Mir on how to set it up.
Yea, i was at the station and i’m curious about this sign they put at every station,
at every side of the track to alert the passengers about the danger they will face.

Yea i understand the no crossing (not seen), no smoking (half seen) and no
littering to the track but what has the fox got to do? Is it a fox or a dog?
Means no animals or pets into the train? but it says
DANGER
DO NOT GO DOWN ONTO THE TRACK…
Who is gonna throw a fox onto the track???
I think the LRT authorities has got nothing else to put at the sign board and
the director of security (if they every have this post) would suggest
“Put a fox there to finish up the job of the signage! We are late for launching!”
*another boring weekend..*
of Flood, Work and Christmas…
Dec 22nd
The flood has recently claimed many lives..
About 7 proclaimed dead, and I hope no more are found dead.
I just wish for their well-being.
I’m still in the office getting my report done.
I’ve been seeing numbers whole day, today.
I think I’m 20% on my way to become accountant.!! haha
Christmas is near.. It is just that feeling that I don’t think I am celebrating it.
Oh well.. welcome Christ who comes to this world.
I wanted to get my off on Tuesday.. and have some fun..
But come to think again.. what fun? I rather just go to work..
But that makes me no life.. who cares huh?
….. Happy Weekend to all..
VeryTheRapidKL
Sep 9th
I took the Rapid KL bus Number 105 to go to Singapore Airlines HQ…
It is in the morning around 10, i took the bus..
So it brought me one whole round.. and it reach my destination one hour later.
Why? because of the freaking jam.. and it was so chaotic when it reaches
Medan Pasar..
So, here is the routes that I’ve taken..

See!! it says 17-20 minutes for each journey!! at the bottom..
It took me one freaking hour just to reach my destination..
Rapid KL, to me is well intergrated..
It connects to every possible points in Kuala Lumpur by bus and train..
My findings is that, people are so reluctant to take the bus..
I don’t know why?
Citizens of Kuala Lumpur must be educated to take public transportation..
They must be educated on the routes available, and how they could
connect from one point to another point..
I remember myself taking the Bus no. 105, somewhat a month ago..
A youth in his 20s, rather 28, I forgot, is the driver of the bus..
So rare I can see and meet a driver of this young age..
He said that, most of the bus drivers is not helpful and just do his/her
job driving the bus, but neglects CUSTOMER SERVICE…
I agrees with him 100%…
The bus I took yesterday was okay, leaves on time, but stuck in a jam -_-
One guy boards the bus at Medan Pasar and ask if he could get to
Jalan Yap Kwan Seng by the same ride
The bus driver said “Naik Dulu, Naik Dulu.. nanti boleh sampai..”
He can at least educate that guy by telling him the exact number to take,
and invite him to take his bus and interchange at another stop..
Wouldn’t it be easier?
The price is reasonable at RM 2 for ONE DAY RIDE!.. UNLIMITED..
How good is that?
And still we have citizens complaining petrol incease la, toll increase la,
parking increase la and no pay increase..
Take the freaking BUS and u can save LOADS!!
That is what I am doing.. taking LRT and BUS..
LRT and BUS monthly ticket only cost me RM 125
LRT only monthly ticket cost RM 90
BUS only monthly ticket cost RM 80
Parking at LRT staton varies from RM 2-4.
I understand the weakness of the system.. but the people must have the
trust in the system for it to work.. The mayor should announce a one day
public transportation DAY.. so everyone must take public transportation..
Haze.. HaZE… HAZE!!!
Aug 22nd
Shall we blam the idiots who caused this horror to KLites..
Oh.. it is so the S M O K Y!!
I had difficulty breathing.. and my eyes abit the hurt..
I’m so lazy to walk outside..
Even when I’m in the office also I can smell the haze..!!
Look how terrible our neighbour is in helping each other…
Yea.. help us die faster with your open burnings..
ARGGHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RM 20 parking..
Mar 22nd
KNN!!..
I parked at Rohas Perkasa today..
Asked that parking attendant how much…
Me : How much ah here? I wan park whole day..
Him : RM 5 only (with finger gestures showing 5 fingers)
Me : sure ah? RM 5 only
Him : *nods head*
Me : okay okay.. i take my car away in the evening.. here my key…
Him : No need key.. later come out pay..
It is now noon..
Me : nah.. here is RM 5..
Him : No sir, you parked 4 hours.. so RM 20..
Me : WHAT!!.. RM 20!! You crazy!!
Him : No sir.. I am not.. look.. *pointing to the attendant stand*
First hour = RM 5
Every subsequent hour = RM 5
DROPS DEAD!!
Shit man.. i paid RM 20 for freaking parking..
farking also no need that expensive la..
