Are You Sure, Ensure?
Mar 4th
*It’s THURSDAY!!! Heh. But I have no internet.
Don’t worry. Scheduled post comes to the rescue!! Byez… I’m sure gonna enjoy my Thursday… *
Let’s keep track of my gaining weight program.
I was told by my client to buy this product and I’m very sure to be gaining weight in no time.
Then, Pamsong confirms that it works too. So, might as well give it a try.
Since I was at Pyramid recent Monday leisurely walking around and do some side shopping. I stumbled upon the product they have been talking about.
Ensure by Abbott Laboratories.

It taste good. I took it yesterday evening and I can last till supper without feeling hungry.
Imagine, 6 scoops into a glass of 125ml water. That’s thick! Super thick!
But, I like Vanilla. Ohh!! Ohh!! and I’m contemplating of buying Strawberry and Chocolate flavour too! So that I can mix them up all together and see if it taste good. Should I?
Hmmm.. Let’s mark 10th February 2009 as the day I started my regime on a daily basis.
Am I Normal or Abnormal?
Nov 18th
I consulted Dr. Hwei Ming few days ago.
I nearly got heart attack. He diagnosed my problem. What’ problem?
My problem of being thin… very thin for someone as tall as me.
Why did I consult him? Because we were talking about how he is keeping up and then it came to house cleaning and then fats and then food. It continues to how I am tall and thin and there goes the conversation of his advice.

The Passion Treaty
Oct 17th
A pack or rather a treaty was made early this morning.
Dated 17th October 2008. Timed at 0200 hours.
This treaty was made with our little finger or rather known as “pinky” finger.
There….. the one you use to dig your nose all the time!!

Now, why is it called “The Passion Treaty“?
It is because, the pact was made at Passion. So I decided to document it and call it “The Passion Treaty”.
A treaty that would cost me FIVE RINGGIT. Five Ringgit as a penalty.
What penalty?
Penalty for NOT QUITTING…
Nad! Thanks for reducing from TEN RINGGIT to FIVE RINGGIT!!.. :p
So…
THE DEAL IS ON..!!!
*sigh I’m tired* Gonna sleep. This post is going to be scheduled.
Quit Smoking! Will You?
Jul 13th
Day 2… The Tour Guide:
He is an experienced tour guide clocking more than 20 years in the industry.
I thought he will be good, but he is not doing enough to interact with the children.
Which.. makes the whole tour.. not really fun and happening.
So back to the main topic. I got myself a copy of TheStar today and I found this section on quiting smoking very interesting. I went on to probe more online and this is their article in their Lifestyle section, Rules to Freedom.
This article is written by Julian Leicester on the will to quit smoking. You can read more of this work here at Hypno Station. Now, why I find it very interesting? It is because. I do smoke (ah hah! Bet most of you don’t know!) and I personally find that quitting smoking is not a hard task afterall. Personal experience.
Few days ago, I had dinner with Pam and she was surprised to know that I smoke. She would not even know if I didn’t say it out. Let me just put down on my own personal views the type of smokers out there…
Social Smoker: A person who smoke while socializing, with clients or friends.
Addict Smoker: They claims that they can’t kick the habit of smoking.
Heavy Smoker: A person that talk 20 sentence and smokes 2 cigarettes in between.
Now, I personally would put myself in the category of social smoker. I normally smoke when I’m out clubbing or drinking and sometimes when you hang out with friends who smokes and I would just take a stick just to… you know.. socialize?.. haha
I’ve seen, both “acclaimed” addict and heavy smoker, and I think that it is just ridiculous that sometimes, they say that they can’t kick the habit or it is not easy to quit. No! It is not that case. The case of “not easy to quit” that is.
It is all about the matter of the mind. It is you yourself to put the final word of “Yes” or “No” to smoking. Just like Julian how Julian put it in his own words.
“Smoking is a product of the mind. Get clarity about this fact now.”
Don’t you just agree to that statement?
That is why you don’t see me walking around with cigarette packs, wanting to smoke from now and then. I decide for myself, when I want to smoke and when I do not. When I call it enough for just one stick and that’s it.
But that thinking doesn’t help much with the quit smoking right? It will certainly help, because I walked the road before, I know how rough it was or rather EASY to quit smoking.
Imagine a complete half a year of not smoking.. then I start back and then stop again.
Hah! Bet most of the smokers are finding diffculty in doing that. Even going from 10 sticks a day to 1 stick a day is already like telling a baby not to cry when they are already crying.
Quitting smoking is a goal. It should be part of the (insert number) number of things you want to do before (insert target). A goal can be as easy as how I do it. I bought a cigarette pack today, and took only 5 sticks and I threw the pack away at the end of the day because I said to myself, “The hell with it”. That’s the price I have to pay. RM 8 and only 5 sticks and its down in the drain… Try doing this with less sticks? haha
A goal could also be, keeping yourself in good health and also your loved ones will come near you when you smell good. (some people just don’t like smoke smells) Depends on individual basically.
Ultimately, smoking is just a mind over matter kinda thing. When you can get control of your mind to set an objective or goal on the whole reason of quitting smoking, I bet you can achieve that. EASILLY!
Go check out Hypno Station and also you can find the series on Create Your Will to Quit.
Dying in Klang General Hospital
Dec 31st
WILL BE MY LAST CHOICE!!
No way man.. I always thought everything government is always good.
Why?
Because it serve to the purpose of all citizens.
Maybe that only happens in other countries like Singapore, Australia or US.
Not here in Malaysia.
Dec 19, a student of SMK Sri Andalas, D. Dhanes was pronounced dead due
to dengue illness. This news from The Star did not specify HOW he dies.
Yes of course he died from dengue, but in actual fact, how?
YB Lim of DAP know how.
Dhanes dies due to negligence and slow attendance of service. Period!
Dhanes is a top scorer for PMR. 7 Straight As. His death brings a big blow
to his family; mother, M. Radha, 38, father, P. Dhanapal, 37, is a lorry driver.
He had an elder sister, Ponmalar, 19, brother, Prakash, 17 and younger
sister Dhenishah, 11.
YB Lim visited the family and he was told the whole course of incident.
However, Dhanes had to wait for five hours at the Klang GH before he was seen by a doctor at about 10 p.m. Radha said the Bangladeshi doctor who attended to Dhanes gave him an injection and her son was vomiting blood for the next five hours before he was admitted into the ICU at about 4 am.The death certificate recorded that Dhanes died at 7.55 a.m of “Pulmonary Haemorrhage due to ? dengue shock syndrome possible ICB”.
The questions Radha and her grieving family are asking are: Why did it take five hours in the Klang GH before Dhanes was attended to by a doctor when he had been sent as an emergency case by ambulance from the government polyclinic? Why did it take another five hours before Dhanes was admitted to the ICU? More
Within the same month, Yusry died due to negligence. The ambulance can’t
arrive in time to save him. Even when he was sent to the Klang GH.
No immediate attention has been given.
Of course I know, there are people dying everyday. But this is horrible
death due to stupidity. Seriously.. I would rather die in a comfort than
dying in big news. I do not want to be a celebrity when I die but a celebrity
when I am still living. Unless I was made celebrity then I die, that’s diff.
I would rather call St. John’s ambulance and send me to Private Hosp.
Even tho I pay more but, I die in peace..!!
