Wonders if it is seasonal or not…
I’m getting myself busy again with lots and lots of things on hand which it scares me sometimes.
I’m pushing everything by the end of 2009 as I want to start 2010 with a bang.
I want to start the year of 2010 with a new plan with things I really want to do. I can’t just procrastinate and do nothing about my life anymore.
I’m turning 25 real soon and it is no joke that I’m nowhere near where I want myself to be. Come on! I want to be somebody. Holding on true to my YapThomas’ Four Pillars of Success.
Day by day, my ambition of being hitting millionaire by 30 is coming near.
Middle this year I did a review and it doesn’t help to notice that nothing much has been done with the whole getting the priorities right on track.
Looks like my week ahead is gonna be a real busy one. The Office is gearing towards 2010 and preparation are being made to make sure we sail through 2009-2010 smoothly.
My life? It has became uncertain yet again. Things which I was real certain about came in a form of a big shattering moments which I feared in my dream. I dare not look forward to anything but hope for the best that I know is yet to come. Because, with great hopes there are bound to be great disappointments. I can’t handle or take it anymore.
But, I will not go and hide and close myself out from everything just like before. It will definitely not happen because, Hey… we all have our lessons to be learnt. We just need to grow accustom to our environment and keep on upgrading ourselves.
Heh… thanks for making this far reading my random rants, yet again.

See see Tinki Talks got snow, I also wan snow! But my snow a bit the different wan. Got many three colours wan! Red, Green and Gold! A lot nicer and unconventional, like white.

The point is, we are not like yesterday anymore. Where we can just plan meet ups without any commitments on hand. Today, we all have to book each other in advance! Such irony! But that’s the fact and that’s life.
Even worst when the other has a partner in their life, it would be even harder to get that person out to meet up. I have friends who are like that. They are stuck to their partner 24/7 hours. I always tell them, “Hello! You are gonna be stuck with each other till death do you apart. So, come out and meet up!“.
So yes, my calendar is filling up by the minute now. More to events and certain commitments I have to jump start year 2010.
Just like how Mae’s friends will regard me as “Always Busy“. That’s what I get when I was at Solaris last week during Hannah’s launch.

Happy Meal at Jalan Ipoh

Went for dinner with Aaron Ho after Hannah Tan’s media launch.
It was a real yummy meal and I remembered that I can barely move. So so so so so full I tell you!
I seriously can’t remember what we ate, but it was real yummy lah.
We did not know what to order, so we asked for their shop specialty. But the boss tried to overcharge us by giving us more than what we wanted. Small became medium. T_T Lucky last minute got backup to help by eating “some” food lah.
So here goes.
This is the Asam Fish.
It’s nice and yummy! The spiciness can be tones down as you wish. Nothing to shout about the fish, but the asam and all… ohhh YUM!
Next! I can’t remember what’s the name of this dish. Something “kah heong choi” (Canton). Nvm, I go back there again and ask for the same dish again lor.
It was nice with the “tang hun” (Hokkien) and all the other vege you can see above. I’m so bad with dish names lah!
Then, I wanted pork so this was recommended. And NO! I can’t remember the name again either. 
My bad.
Very nice, especially the “Thai” sauce on top. A real yummy dish to go with white rice. If there is a reason for me to go back to this shop, it will be this dish.
An hour later, it is all cleaned up! Nice nice happy meal indeed.
Location? It is just nearby the Mobil petrol station. In the housing area wan. I shall map it out next time okay? Lazy to do a KY like map.

All you need is just a great company to take your mind off certain things.
Of course good food (lamb shank with nice Aussie wine), good coffee (The best coffee in the world) and good music (chillout house music) adds in as a bonus to the whole.
I can’t believe I went back to the same place again. But I had fun!

Dreams and Stubborn…

Well, I do now as of a moment ago…
A while back, I had a dream. A dream that shows me a reality that I did not want to accept. I was and am so stubborn that way. What do you do when people tell you that “Hey! This house is not safe.” and you know and you’ve made your survey that this is “the” house and it is safe base on history? You buy the house right? Well at least most of you will…
Stubborn. I guess that is me. I am born stubborn. My middle name should be stubborn. Making it Thomas “Stubborn” Yap. My mom has the most headache out of my stubbornness. Well, I guess not only my mom but most people. Even The Director hates me for this fact. But I’m stubborn with a purpose. The purpose to accomplish a mission yet unknown to me.
I was stubborn enough to not accept that my mom insisted that I should go to local University instead of college. I am where I am today and I wouldn’t have gotten what I’ve gotten in college if I went to University. Maybe, there could be a better opportunity there, but who knows? God knows.
Well… today officially my dream comes true. Because I was stubborn…
Plus, I was so stubborn that a friend of mine reminded me not too long ago that it will not go well and there were plans for me to follow made to make it well. I didn’t conform to that plan, because I was stubborn yet again. This time, I was stubborn because I knew it will not be right for me to go with that plan. Because, even if it does make it right, it will still not be right. You get me?
God has his plans right? God has his own way in showing us the truth right? If I’m a believer in Him, I sure do believe that what happens in our everyday life is in his own plan. Making us believe the real truth, making us see it with our own eyes, putting the news right in front of our face as stubborn as we are, He will do it to open up our eyes. God is great.
Sigh… I always get this… Always…Why!?
Heh.. irony but I still remember what you, Nadia, said to me back then in college at Uma Curry House. Those words stays strong in me, up till now. How I wish I can say that you lay a curse on me with those words, but no. What words? It starts with “You always…” I’m sure you can remember.
It is just me being me… and how do I get rid of my middle name? Heck! My middle name doesn’t even start with “S”. Yes, I do have a middle name for those of you who never knew.
Yeah! How do I get rid of my middle name? I don’t know… God knows.

I was having lunch earlier and I had one of the best Rojak ever.
Then I remembered the nice yummy sour mango I had last year while I was in Penang. It is so so so so so rare to find the same taste and type of mango here in KL.
I was told they are selling it at Pudu Wet Market.
Time go get dirty!
On another note, this reminds me of the nice Juice I had in Malacca too.

This blog is gonna be officially dead if I don’t update.
So here is the update!
So the many happenings that I want to update. It is either, I don’t have the pictures with me or I am just too lazy to edit them. I guess the weight is more towards the later.
I’m now on 965th post. What a long way eh.
I think I will throw a party to celebrate my 1000th post. Maybe! Maybe!
So what I’m busy with?
Life in general, that’s it. Cherishing every moment of it.
Balancing between work and play. Getting Project GCPPP on the run (which has been put on hold for some time now). Reviewing personal financial plans and policies. Looking for new home. Going crazy at work. Company financial year 2009 review. Business planning for year 2010. Vacation planning for year 2010. Catching up with friends. Retracing long lost contacts. Looking further out. Having more “me” time. Cleaning The Apartment (because my housemate can’t do so). Meetings over meetings. Driving from point A to B. Late night yum cha sessions. “Tai Chow” dinners. Random movie outings. Random shopping outings and many more that I’m too lazy to add on.
I’ve got a long To Do List on my Desktop. Excuse me while I work on it.

This was earlier this week. There were three farewells for Giuliano and this is one of them. Crazy wan. I wonder if anyone would throw me so many farewells if I’m leaving to anywhere.
