Missing You by Sungha Jung
Jan 19th
Saw this wonderful acoustic guitar prodigy, Sungha Jung.
This boy is only 12 years old since September 2008 and he has composed five songs! Wow! I’m impressed. Okay, just because I’ve not come across anyone else with the same quality.
Definitely worth a blog mention. Watch him play one of his five song, entitled Missing You.
No! Not because the title on YouTube has my name on it. It is just.. hmmm…
You can listen to five of his songs; ‘Voyages with Ulli’, ‘Starseeker’ and ‘Missing You’, on his MySpace profile. His recently composed ‘Perfect Blue‘ is on YouTube, is another great piece.
Watch him play this piece ‘With or Without You’ by Doyle Dykes…
Simply amazing…
Oh man, I can’t stop admiring this prodigy’s music. The kind of music that I like.
I’m sure all the young girls in Korea is falling heads over heels over him now…

Missing you…
The Fear by Lily Allen
Jan 13th
Got this from Top10MP3Download
I think this song is quite what it is like in this current real world.
This song does reflect how the show business world is like. Maybe.
It also reflect how materialistic has people nowdays become.
Oh wells.. here goes.. the music…
The Fear by Lily Allen
I want to be rich and I want lots of money
I don’t care about clever I don’t care about funny
I want loads of clothes and want loads of diamonds
I heard people die while they are trying to find them
And I’ll take my clothes off and it will be shameless
Cause everyone knows that’s how you get famous
I’ll look at The Sun and I’ll look in The Mirror
I’m on the right track yeah I’m onto a winner
Chorus
I don’t know what’s right and what’s real anymore
And I don’t know how I’m meant to feel anymore
When do you think it will all become clear
Cause I’m being taken over by the fear
Life’s about film stars and less about mothers
It’s all about fast cars and cussing each other
But it doesn’t matter cause I’m packing plastic
And that’s what makes my life so freaking fantastic
And I am a weapon of massive consumption
And it’s not my fault it’s how I’m programmed to function
I’ll look at The Sun and I’ll look in The Mirror
I’m on the right track yeah we’re onto a winner
Chorus
I don’t know what’s right and what’s real anymore
And I don’t know how I’m meant to feel anymore
When do you think it will all become clear
Cause I’m being taken over by the fear
Forget about guns and forget ammunition
Cause I’m killing them all on my own little mission
Now I’m not a saint but I’m not a sinner
Now everything’s cool as long as I’m getting thinner
Chorus
I don’t know what’s right and what’s real anymore
And I don’t know how I’m meant to feel anymore
When do you think it will all become clear
Cause I’m being taken over by the fear

Sharing is caring you know?…
Taking a Chill…
Dec 16th
December is a crazy month. I tell you!… CRAZY!!
A week ago, I read that Shelley Leong is coming back… I booked my day to make sure I will not miss her performance. It was a Songwriter Showcase night.
Anyways, took a 2 hours break from the crazy paperwork and walked over to No Black Tie.
It is not very often she comes back to KL okay! The last I met Shelley was when she was also singing at No Black Tie on the 3rd January 2008. What a coincidence…

(taken by Shelley)
I walked in, grab a seat. Just right in front of the DJ console. NBT’s staff came and told politely to grab a smaller table as I was alone. I obliged and went upstairs. Furthermore, I’m alone. No qualms.
Grab a seat near the railing and I have ‘bird’s eye view’ of the stage.
A group of youths were sitting opposite me while beside my small sturdy table was a group of working adults drinking wine. They all gave me the same bloody vibe with their look…
“This fella must be damn sad, sitting there alone with a bottle of beer”
Who cares? I’m here for Shelley’s performance and it’s all that matters..
I was a little late. Zalila Lee is finishing her final three sets of song.
Shelley took the stage soon after and began singing.
She sang So Good, Innocent Girl, Forgiveness and ended with a nice score of Big Machine on the piano. (I like that performance, of all). She did two previews of her up and coming songs namely Dear Eliza and Nine Lies (Lies or Lives?)
Big Machine wraps up her performance of the night at approximately 10.30ish.
Took my drink, went down to say hie.
A short chat and off I go. Checked-out my bill and it was a short chill night…
Shelley, if you are reading this, your music sounds a lot more different with the little tinge of accent you’ve picked up. Still, it was nice. Next time, when you are back in KL, stay longer! Glad to meet you again… ![]()

Dec 15th
I have never been so captivated by a song, but this…
this particular song really captivated my liking towards a song.
I heard it on TraxxFM and I went all over the World Wide Web to search for it.
Nope, I don’t do torrent.. sadly..
I found it and here it is…
Leona Lewis – Run
Her voice is just magnificent. I liked the lyrics too!
This song is a combination of two greats.
Leona Lewis for her GREAT VOICE and Snow Patrol for writing this GREAT LYRICS!
Come, let’s sing it together!!
Lyrics to Run : (by Snow Patrol)
I’ll sing it one last time for you
Then we really have to go
You’ve been the only thing that’s right
In all I’ve doneAnd I can barely look at you
But every single time I do
I know we’ll make it anywhere
Away from hereLight up, light up
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I’ll be right beside you dearLouder louder
And we’ll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can’t raise your voice to sayTo think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbye
I nearly doLight up, light up
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I’ll be right beside you dearLouder louder
And we’ll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can’t raise your voice to sayLight up, light up
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I’ll be right beside you dearLouder louder
And we’ll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can’t raise your voice to say
Don’t you just LOVE THIS SONG???
