Woke up very early this morning as I totally went konk-ed out after a long Saturday at Urbanscapes…

Went for service and lunch plan was to head to SS15 rojak for lunch but then I konk-ed out yet again. That was unintentional. I missed my favourite rojak and cendol… *sniffs*

Today, they had a memorial at One Utama at 7pm. Nope I didn’t go for it.

So, the grand plan of cooking came into mind. :D

Went for a quick groceries pick at the Sunday night market beside moi apartment.

I went for the quick Aglio Olio again and this time with side dishes.

Just an experimental boiled potato. I wanted to do mashed potato but decided to experiment how long does it take to “nicely” boil them to perfection. So yeah. It turned out to be great and will note it for the next cooking venture of mashed potato. :)

What’s my grand meal again?

Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Potato sides, fried Chicken Sausage, La Cremeria Ice Cream as dessert and Kickapoo drink.

The La Cremeria Ice Cream tub is empty. It was on the table, so I thought I would bring it into the picture as a prop. :P hahaha

Anyways, this was a satisfying meal… Very!

Now, it is time to do some domestic chores…

1) Mop floor
2) Wash dishes
3) Clean toilet
4) Iron cloths

It’s sure gonna be tiring and in less than 5 minutes I’m gonna welcome Manic Monday, again! -_-
