It's all about my travel experience and things I love to do…
Client Work, You Work
I thought I could look forward towards a lazy Saturday visiting the malls and enjoy a nice cup of my favourite Caramel Frappuccino at Starbucks while reading a book. No, I guess I was wrong.
See, the catch is, next time, don’t plan or even hope for something you want to happen. It will never and it will backfire. Unless it is something that is definitely gonna happen, you then plan.
People who first meets me will think that I have a wonderful job as a travel agent traveling the world, bringing people around and enjoying every moment of my life traveling. Guess what? NOT!
A travel agent and a tour guide is two different profession. I shall touch on that next. Wow! See, I have a topic myself to write next blog post. See, I didn’t plan
In my line of work in the service industry, I have to serve. I have to live by the tagline of “Your Clients Work, You Work”. That sucks right? I can’t just tell them to go to other travel agent, no? This is the kind of ‘extra’ service is what keeps my clients with me.
Point to note to you people in the service industry. Your customers don’t follow your company… They follows you. They like your service, you come to you. So if your client work, you have to work too.
There are so many restructuring that I need to do at The Office and I need more manpower. Reliable and experience manpower are so hard to come by these days.
Ermm… to a long night working hours?
