What’s the difference between MAS Fair and MATTA Fair?
MAS Fair is organized by Malaysia Airlines and only Malaysia Airlines’ appointed
agents will be there to sell whatever they can sell. MAS Fair is only good for those
who wants to buy MAS air ticket only without buying any packages.

MATTA Fair is more like all the travel agents in Malaysia who wants to participate
to reach out to a huge number of visitors to sell everything they have. MATTA Fair
is good for those who are looking for both air tickets and packages. In the industry,
it is a time for other airlines to fight the earlier MAS fair.

This is a huge bi-yearly event that will eventually force people to used up all their
year leave and run away from Malaysia for weeks because the offers, CHEAP!!!

Well, compared to normal period, it is quite cheap. BUT, look out for the terms and
conditions that comes with all air ticket and packages promotions.

READ THE FINE PRINTS! Can’t find any… ASK! You don’t want to regret later.

JetStar Asia - One way fare RM 0.88 to Sydney! Return about RM 1K all in!
Austrian Air - Selected Europe destination from RM2,685 (code share with MAS)
Qantas-British Airways - Very good deal on ‘N’ class to both Australia and Europe.
Thai Airways - ‘W’ class sale period up to 21st March 2008.
Royal Brunei - Flight to London as cheap as RM 2,000 (air fare only)
Jet Airways - Wanna go to Chennai? Air fare from RM 888!!!
