its common thought that a surfboard is surely not bigger than a KLIA Express..

It is a service industry and being in the service, no matter what rules you have written, it is like a scarecrow and we as human can decide to ignore the scarecrow or not.

Trouble or not, that depends on how you get the relevant people’s consent before action.

IF the surfboard is oversized, then its the passengers fault that he’s bringing it in the first place.
you cant fit an elephant in a mini cooper no matter what the manager tries to do.

most countries law regarding safety this safety that is about the same
except the difference is this , jeng jeng jeng, and surely you know this yap,

it is simple, feller at the counter tai-chi to his manager so he wont be in trouble, the manager wont bend the rules coz she’ll be in trouble if ‘anything’ happens, why? coz got other passengers safety to consider right. later they all bising bising (which is in fact bull****)

whereas other countries management might consider lending a trollyboy/bellboy/whateva to look after the surfboard while in the express.
